Dishing out honors for the best in movies over the past year, the stars were out for the 2011 National Board of Review of Motion Pictures Gala in New York City on Tuesday night (January 11).
Among the other attendees were “The Fighter” co-stars Mark Wahlberg and Christian Bale, as well as Jennifer Lawrence, Jon Hamm, Emily Mortimer, Andrew Garfield and Jesse Eisenberg.
As for the big winners, the Facebook based movie “The Social Network” cleaned up by earning awards for best film, best actor for Jesse Eisenberg, best director for David Fincher and adapted screenplay for Aaron Sorkin.
With the cast of “The Town” nabbing best ensemble triumphs, the best animated film category ended up being taken by “Toy Story 3″.
