Seemingly not up to snuff, Katie Holmes will no longer be seen portraying Jackie-O on The History Channel in “The Kennedys” this spring.
The eight-part miniseries didn’t make the cut on the network, as a rep told THR, “While the film is produced and acted with the highest quality, after viewing the final product in its totality, we have concluded this dramatic interpretation is not a fit for the History brand.”
While the series – which also stars Greg Kinnear – will still be broadcast internationally, stateside plans are now up in the air.
